Enjoy your Thanksgiving with family and friends without the guilt of enjoying great food with great company.
Have your breakfast as usual.
Do not save your allowances or calories for Thanksgiving dinner. Eat your snacks as usual.
And remember, keep Thanksgiving Day a DAY and don’t turn it into a Thanksgiving WEEKEND.
