We are always researching products on the web to add them to our food database. One of our Weight Loss Challenge participants pointed out that we did not have Trader Joe’s spring mix in our database.  In response I did a little research just to make sure it was all non starchy vegetables. If you need nutrition facts you can pretty much search for the name of your food with nutrition facts and you’ll find a nutrition label.
